  • What is Thrive Dental Plan?

    • Thrive Dental Plan is NOT INSURANCE, but rather a licensed dental savings plan that’s offered through your local dental office. Unlike traditional dental insurance that’s filled with red tape, Thrive Dental Plan features no waiting periods, maximums, exclusions or claims process. In exchange for a low annual membership fee starting at only $99.00 per year, Thrive Dental Plan members receive free exams and x-rays, plus 20-30% off all other services at a growing community of 200+ dental offices across Arizona, Colorado, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Utah and Texas.

       

  • How much does membership cost?

    • Thrive Dental Plan is very affordable and will almost always pay for itself in only one visit to the dentist.

      Individual: $99.00 per year

      Family: $139.00 per year

      Thrive Dental Plan auto-renews every 12 months unless you notify your participating dental office or membersy (plan administrator) that you would like to discontinue your membership. Members receive annual renewal notifications via direct mail, email and a courtesy phone call.

       

  • Which offices can I use my membership at?

    • Thrive Dental Plan is accepted at a growing community of 200+ dental offices across Arizona, Colorado, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Utah and Texas. A list of participating dental offices can be found online or by calling (877) 545-4188, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm CST.

       

  • How soon can I use my membership?

    • Since Thrive Dental Plan has no waiting periods, exclusions or maximums, you can utilize your membership immediately after enrolling and as much as needed while you’re a member. If you would like to use your membership prior to your member ID cards arriving in the mail (7-10 days), simply mention you’re a member when visiting your participating dental office and they will verify your eligibility real-time and apply the member-only discounts to your treatment plan.

       

  • How frequently can I use my membership?

    • Unlike traditional dental insurance plans that are filled with red tape, Thrive Dental Plan has no maximums so you can use your membership as much as needed while a member.

      To maintain optimal oral health, the American Dental Association (ADA) recommends regular dental visits, at intervals determined by your dentist. The frequency of your regular dental visits should be tailored by your dentist to accommodate for your current oral health status and health history.

       

  • How long is my membership term?

    • Thrive Dental Plan features an annual membership term and will auto-renew at the end of its respective term unless you notify your participating dental office or membersy (program administrator) that you would like to discontinue your membership prior to your renewal date.

       

  • Can I add dependents to my membership?

    • Yes, you can add dependents to your membership anytime by logging into the online member portal or calling (877) 545-4188, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm CST to speak with a dedicated member support specialist.

       

  • When will I receive my member ID card?

    • A digital copy of your member ID card is available within the online member portal. Once logged in, you can also view and print member terms and conditions.

      To request physical versions in the mail, please call (877) 545-4188 to speak with a dedicated member support specialist.

      Note: you do not need to present a membership card at your participating dental office. Simply notify the front desk that you are a member and they will verify your status in real-time.

Members in good standing with their annual membership fee are eligible to receive transparent, member-only discounts from the normal retail fees that participating offices typically charge self-pay patients for dental services rendered. Plan details and member savings are exclusive to participating offices and may vary by location. Membersy does not make payments directly to dental providers for services rendered to plan members. Members are obligated to pay for all dental services, but will receive a discount on services rendered by participating dental providers. The plan is not a qualified health plan under the Affordable Health Act. The plan does not meet the minimum creditable coverage requirements under MGLC.111M and 956 CMR 5.00.
